Support and Protection for the Skin

Known antifungal and antimicrobial essential oils on one side, saponified organic oils, shea butter and aloe on the other. The product works against what the mat leaves behind without stripping the skin in the process.

FOUNDER

MEET CHRISTIAN

Christian is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, awarded in 2015 under Josh Russell at JR Academy. He trained from 2007 to 2016 and moved to New Jersey in 2016 where he trained across multiple schools in New Jersey and New York.

Christian has trained thousands of jiu-jitsu athletes across North America, competed in the sport, and built working knowledge of what BJJ athletes actually need after training.

AFTER AN HOUR ON THE MAT

The shower is the most important hygiene decision you make all week.

You just spent an hour in close, sustained contact with multiple training partners. On a mat shared with every class that came before yours. Your skin barrier is at its most exposed.

The soap in the gym shower wasn't chosen by you. It was chosen by whoever stocks the dispenser. And it's almost always loaded with triclosan, parabens, and phthalates, the chemicals you've been working to avoid everywhere else in your life.

Triclosan is the chemical linked to MRSA. Parabens and phthalates are endocrine disruptors. They absorb fastest exactly when the skin barrier is at its most vulnerable, right after rolling.

That's the trade most BJJ athletes are making. Without thinking about it.
