I have leukemia and went through a bone marrow transplant. having the post graff vs host skin problems I needed to be very careful as to which soap I bathed with. This was it!!! you can wash your whole body with this gentle cleaning soap. NO BAD REACTION AT ALL!!!! I use it every day and it cleans, and leaves your skin soft and smooth with no residue. I GIVE IT A FIVE STAR RATING AND IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!
I discovered this soap to use after a workout at the gym and I go 3–4 times per week and just needed to find another soap option besides what the gym offers. This soap is fantastic. It has aloe in it which is so unique. It also leaves your skin feeling a little tingly and it's so invigorating after a workout. Love that it is cruelty free too.
Simple clean ingredients. Lathers up really well. Cleans and leaves skin moisturized. Tea tree + mint feel and smell is invigorating.
Lathers well, feel clean.
This stuff is amazing!!! Tiny bottle but so soft and lathers wonderfully! This is the best wash I have ever used! Only one thing, it makes the skin tingle, so some may not like it but I did! A quarter size drop is all you need.
I just bought my second bottle of this fantastic soap. I love how clean it feels and it's fragrance because it's not overwhelming. I will be purchasing this product as wonderful stocking stuffer for Christmas. I highly recommend Kimora Soap.
I love this!!!! After using my skin wash refreshed, tingly and happy! I have sensitive dry skin and this wash left me clean and fresh with no residual dryness at all! I'm definitely ordering this again!!!!
Love this product! Perfect size for gym bag or travel. Powerful cleansing without drying skin. Refreshing. Gender-neutral scent. Lathers up lovely.
I use it all the time. Love the feeling of clean from it
Love it gonna buy the bigger one next time!
The pattern in the athlete reviews is consistent: a small amount produces a strong lather, the post-shower feel is clean without being stripped, and the bottle becomes the default the customer keeps reordering.
The formulation is built on saponified organic oils, plant-based humectants, and organic aloe, not on synthetic detergents that scour the skin barrier on the way to "clean." The result is a body wash gentle enough for the partner with sensitive skin, the kid with eczema, and the customer managing a post-transplant skin condition. One bottle covers the whole household.
The 3 oz travel bottle is the SKU that started the brand. The reviews on it speak to the original problem Christian was trying to solve in the winter of 2018, needing your own soap at the academies you travel to. Travel-sized for daily transport. TSA-compliant for tournament weekends. The bottle that gives you a real answer to the dispenser on the academy wall.
Read the reviews end to end and the same five things keep showing up.
These are the claims the formulation has earned through use — not through marketing.
Customers consistently report that a small amount produces a strong lather. One bottle lasts longer than the commercial alternative on the shelf.
Saponified organic oils clean without the detergent burn. The skin barrier stays intact.
Sensitive skin, dry skin, eczema-prone skin, post-transplant skin. The bar has been met.
One bottle. The athlete uses it. The partner uses it. The kids use it. No separate SKU.
The cooling note from the tea tree and mint profile is the sensation customers describe by name. After training, that matters.
Kimura Soap has been refined against the real conditions of a BJJ training life — not the conditions of a product focus group.
The reviews on this page are the public ones. The private feedback loop is bigger. Christian has trained thousands of jiu-jitsu athletes across North America since 2007. The product has been tested, trialed, and adjusted with hundreds of top BJJ athletes since the brand launched in 2016. Every formulation choice that made it into the bottle had to clear that bar first.
That is why the reviews land the way they do. The product was built to earn them before it was built to ship them.
We are not in the business of padding this page with paraphrased five-star comments to hit a number.
Kimura is a small American brand that grew through peer recommendation in the BJJ community.
The reviews above are the ones we have. As more come in, we add them.
If you've used Kimura and want to add yours, we read every one.
